Wednesday is the first official day for new University of Mississippi Chancellor Dr. Dan Jones. The UM Office of Media and Public relations will provide photos, video and key details of Dr. Jones' first day on the job. Because of Dr. Jones' schedule and continuing commitments to the UM Medical Center and American Heart Association, we cannot provide interviews or personal access this week. However, we have arranged a media opportunity with Dr. Jones for 2-3 p.m. July 9 in the front parlor of the Lyceum. He will be available for photos and interviews during that time.
