The Department of Nutrition and Hospitality Management at Ole Miss invite you to submit family favorite recipes for a new and exciting cookbook that will feature the BEST Rebel recipes. If you have exciting can creative recipes that support healthful eating, we’d love to include some lighter favorites, also. We all know that family traditions related to food and cooking are an important part of the Ole Miss culture. The new Best of Rebel Recipes cookbook will be a great way to capture these traditions.

Please help us by submitting a recipe or two. Our collection won’t be complete without your help. Please include your personal reflections and memories associated with your recipes. Or if you have a healthy cooking or meal-planning tip that you’d like to share, please send it along. Memories of Ole Miss are also welcome.
