The University of Mississippi is closed for the holiday season beginning Dec. 23 and will reopen Jan. 5. However, William Faulkner’s home, Rowan Oak, part of the University of Mississippi Museum, will remain open.
Rowan Oak is open to the public 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesdays through Saturdays and 1 to 4 p.m. Sundays, and will be closed only Dec. 24-25 and 31, and Jan. 1.
The museum will close Dec. 20 and reopen Jan. 6.
