The state Court of Appeals hits the road in April, heading to the University of Mississippi on April 18 to hold oral arguments in two cases. The Appeals Court periodically schedules oral arguments on college campuses – and occasionally at other locations – as a teaching tool for students. It is known as the “Court on the Road” program.
