Are you ready for the challenge?
Ole Miss Campus Recreation is hosting the Second Annual Rebel Trail Challenge on Nov. 14 at the University of Mississippi’s South Campus Trail.
The team event will have you and a partner racing against other teams while conquering obstacles along the 4-mile course.
All excess proceeds from the race will go to the Bill Kingery Outstanding Student Scholarship Fund to benefit Ole Miss Campus Recreation student employees.
“Last year, we had over 80 people race and 80 people volunteer,” said Shannon Richardson, assistant director of campus recreation for Ole Miss Outdoors. “It was awesome to see such a great turnout for the first event, and we hope to break 100 racers this year. This event is all about having fun in the great outdoors while raising money for student scholarships.”
So be prepared to crawl, climb, run, carry and get muddy!
Registration is $20 per person. Before the race, participants must check in at the trailhead on Chucky Mullins Drive.
