OXFORD, Miss. – Closures of the southbound lane on Gertrude Ford Boulevard, near the University Avenue bridge, are expected during construction of a retaining wall on the University of Mississippi campus starting Monday (July 22).
The construction will begin at 7 a.m. July 22 and is expected to continue through Aug. 31.
During that time, closures of the southbound lane are anticipated. Flaggers will be positioned at both ends of the closure to direct traffic and keep the flow of motorists moving.
