Michelle Obama Speaks Highly of UM’s Work on Child Nutrition

The University of Mississippi’s National Food Service Management Institute has been nationally recognized for its work to improve nutrition programs for children.

The institute is funded by grants from the United States Department of Agriculture and Food and Nutrition Services. Its administrative, education and training, and information services divisions are all headquartered on the Oxford campus.
