OXFORD, Miss. – Dates and cities have been determined for the 2013 BancorpSouth Rebel Road Trip, Ole Miss’ second annual tour of the state and surrounding areas.
Headlined by Ole Miss head football coach Hugh Freeze and athletics director Ross Bjork, the BancorpSouth Rebel Road Trip (#RRT13) will feature 12 fan meetings across the region beginning Sunday, April 21 in Houston, Texas and wrapping up Friday, April 26 in Corinth.
This year’s caravan, which spans five states, features seven new destinations including Houston, Pascagoula (April 22), New Orleans (April 22), Natchez (April 23), Philadelphia (April 24), Atlanta (April 24) and Greenville (April 25). The only return stops from the 2012 trip are Jackson, Miss., (April 23), Tupelo (April 24), Oxford (April 25), Memphis (April 26) and Corinth.
In addition to the speakers, each stop on the tour will include Ole Miss officials, special guests, information booths and an exciting video look at the University, including Rebel Athletics, the UMAA Foundation and the Alumni Association.

The inaugural BancorpSouth Rebel Road Trip served as public introductions for Freeze and Bjork and earned high praise for uniting the Ole Miss fanbase. The tour covered 1,927 miles and reached 3,241 fans, not including the hundreds on hand for Oxford’s Double Decker Festival.
