The College Database has released its list of the Top Colleges in Mississippi for Future Service Members. Each college or university on the list offers at least two ROTC programs to active students, as well as in-state tuition below $20,000 per year.
The University of Mississippi ranks first in the state, with an affordable $5,790 annual tuition rate, and ROTC programs for Army, Navy and Air Force.
